I hear this every day in coaching conversations:
“Once my husband finds a new job…”
“Once we’re out of the toddler stage…”
“Once we get a second driver in the house…”
“Once I finally get the raise, the time, the clarity…”
Here's the truth—That imaginary “someday” is costing you your peace today.
You’re not wrong for wanting those things.
But you’re suffering in the waiting.
And the only way to end the suffering is to act.
To decide that you deserve to feel good now.
To choose peace even in the chaos.
To take one small, bold step forward even when the path isn’t perfect.
Because spoiler alert: it never will be.
There is no “right time.” There is only now.
And the longer you wait for permission to choose yourself, the further you drift from the life you crave.
You’re not stuck. You’re just in the habit of waiting.

Don’t wait for the conditions to be perfect.
