Renting The Collective for events varies based on the length of time you need. We offer 2-hour, 4-hour and full day (8a-10p) rentals. Your rental time includes setup, tear down, and clean up, so be sure to factor this in when determining which rental best fits your needs. Extra time is available at an additional rate.

Our event rental pricing is:

- 2 hours: $139

- 4 hours: $239

- Full Day (8a - 10p): $389

- Additional 30 minutes: $45

- Additional 60 minutes: $80

You can rent the space Monday - Friday from 6p - 10p or on Saturday or Sunday from 8a - 10p.

Your rental of The Collective comes with tables and chairs for your event. We have chairs for 26, plus a lounge area that seats 5. The lounge area includes a sofa and two upholstered chairs. There are 4 tables that are approximately 7-feet long, plus an additional table that is 6-feet long.

Feel free to move the furniture around to best fit your needs. Everything must be returned back to it's original location at the conclusion of your event. We encourage event renters to take photos to help them remember what the space looked like!

Additionally, you'll have access to:

- Wi-Fi

- Television for watching, music or screen sharing

- Refrigerator and freezer

- Dishes and serving trays (glasses/mugs/plates/bowls for 8 people, 2 wooden serving trays, drink dispenser, ice bucket/beverage tub)

- On-site parking

Absolutely! Outside food, drinks and decor are allowed when you rent The Collective.

You're welcome to bring in outside food and non-alcoholic beverages. If you would like some recommendations for catering or sweets, we're happy to provide you a list of our favorites. If alcohol is being served, prior approval is required. You may also need event insurance depending on the scope of your event.

We love seeing the space transformed for your event, so we welcome outside decor. A few things to keep in mind:

- No nails, screws or permanent adhesives in the walls

- No glitter, confetti or open flames

-Decorations must be removed at the end of your rental time and the space reset to how you found it

Setup and decorating time is included in your event rental window. Extra time is available at an additional hourly rate if needed.

Capacity depends on the layout of the space and the nature of your event. In general, The Collective is best for events up to 35 guests. There are chairs for 26 plus a lounge area that seats 5. If you're hosting a come-and-go reception with an open layout more guests can be accommodated.

We require payment in full to reserve and hold your event date. Your booking is not confirmed until full payment is received. Because we turn away other inquiries once your date is secured, all payments are subject to our cancellation policy.

Clients may cancel their event by providing written notice to The Collective 30 days or more prior to the scheduled event date. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

If the event is canceled within 30 days of the scheduled date, the payment will be retained. Events canceled within 30 days may be rescheduled within the same calendar year at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Access begins at your scheduled rental time and ends promptly at the conclusion of your booking, which includes any set up, tear down and clean up time. Extra time is available at an additional rate.

Rates for additional time:

- 30 minutes: $45

- 60 minutes: $80

You'll receive an email and text message prior to your rental date with an electronic key code to access the space.

Basic cleaning is the responsibility of the renter. A detailed cleanup checklist will be provided prior to your event and includes tasks such as removing trash, wiping down table, returning furniture to its original layout and vacuuming visible debris.

The space must be returned in the same clean and organized condition in which it was received.

If the checklist is not completed, a minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be charged.

Any damage to furniture, fixtures, equipment, or the premises (including excessive cleaning, stain removal, or necessary repairs) will be the financial responsibility of the renter.
